The Graphic Artist plays a key supporting role in the execution of packaging and product design layouts. The position focuses on transforming approved concepts into clean, brand-aligned, and print-ready visual assets. This includes packaging artworks, mockups, and other product visual materials. The role requires a strong sense of layout balance, attention to visual consistency, and a good understanding of basic color psychology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Layout Design and Execution

  2. Execute packaging artworks based on approved concepts and technical guides.

  3. Develop dielines, label layouts, and supporting visual assets.
  4. Apply brand elements with attention to hierarchy, consistency and legibility.

  5. Translate feedback into layout revisions with accuracy and clarity.

  6. Color and Design Judgement

  7. Use basic color theory and layout principles to ensure visual balance.

  8. Apply pantone and color systems according to brand or supplier guidelines.

  9. Artwork and Production Prep

  10. Prepare Final Artwork documents with dielines, trim marks, and annotations.

  11. Coordinate with PD leads and sourcing team for alignment on production specs.

  12. Ensure all files are supplier-ready and meet pre-press standards.

  13. Design Communication

  14. Present design proposals and revisions clearly and confidently.

  15. Communicate with the supervisor, sourcing and suppliers as needed.
  16. Contribute to internal reviews by supporting mockup development and test prints.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design or Multimedia Arts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout work, packaging or brand application.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
