Natuvion APAC is expanding and immediately hiring 4-6 technically savvy SAP experts (m/f). Candidates would be based in the Philippines.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED:

You will play a vital role in design, development, and maintaining data transformation processes, contributing to the organization's ability to derive insights. Your work will involve collaboration with various teams and stakeholders and continuous learning and growth in data engineering.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Data Architecture and Design: Lead the development of robust, scalable data pipelines to ingest, process, and transform large volumes of data from diverse sources, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.

2. Data Transformation: Implement data transformation processes to cleanse, aggregate, and transform data.

3. Develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to cleanse, transform, and enrich data leveraging utilizing our proprietary AI software

4. Performance tuning in SAP ABAP involving optimizing code, leveraging parallelization and find tuning database queries to ensure that transformation runs efficiently.
5. Continually build your experience and knowledge to enhance the organization's Data Conversion Suite (DCS) as the primary tool to develop transformation processes.
6. Continuously develop and enhance our proprietary migration software utilizing and developing proven software engineering techniques and skills.
7. Technical Project Coordination: Leading a project effectively with careful planning, execution, and monitoring. Communicating effectively with all stake holders.
8. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data engineers, guiding them in best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.
9. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document architectural designs, technical specifications, and best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to empower team members and promote continuous learning.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. With at least 5 years of SAP experience demonstrating both a technical understanding of SAP as a whole as well as hands-on development and problem-solving using ABAP. Knowledge of the SAP data dictionary structure is crucial. Knowledge of functional areas is advantageous.
2. Bachelor's degree in computer science or software-engineering is not required but an advantage.
3. Expert in programming languages SAP ABAP for data manipulation and analysis. Additional knowledge of programming languages would be an advantage.
4. Experience with cloud platforms and services would be advantageous.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data systems and optimize performance.
6. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a solution-driven approach.
