AU Tax Accountants
 positions available with our amazing clients. Our clients and Collective value their offshore team members. You will work directly with a dedicated client and become part of their team. Our clients want people who are curious and eager to understand What to Do, How to Do It and Why?

Job Description

The role will primarily focus on completing accounting and tax activities in supporting our onshore clients.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual financial reports
  • Income tax returns for companies, trusts, sole traders and partnerships
  • Complete work within budget
  • Attend to GST, Div 7a, CGT, FBT
  • BAS / IAS
  • Participate in external and internal training

Requirements

  • Graduate BS Accountancy or Accounting related Degree
  • At least 2-3 years Australian Tax & Accounting work experience
  • Proficient in using Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
  • Calculation and understanding of Div 7a, FBT and CGT
  • Sound working knowledge of Xero, MYOB and other accounting software
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven ability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative
  • Can work independently with high attention to detail
  • Salary level will depend on technical skills and experience.
