We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our investment team. This individual will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and refining the firm's asset allocation strategies to achieve optimal investment outcome while managing the overall risk of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate tactical and optimal strategies to allocate funds in the portfolio, primarily into equity, fixed income and alternative assets.
  • Assess risk/reward dynamics, macroeconomic trends, and global market developments to optimize portfolio construction.
  • Utilize quantitative models, including optimization tools and simulation techniques, to identify the most efficient asset mix for portfolio construction.
  • Provide recommendations for rebalancing and adjustments to optimize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Support the execution of and record trades and settlement processes
  • Prepare daily performance reports, portfolio reviews, bank reconciliation and management presentations.
  • Monitor portfolios for compliance with investment guidelines and risk parameters.
  • Assist with day-to-day investment operations and administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field;

  • Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience handling investments or portfolio management within an institutional or asset management setting

  • Skills & Competencies:

o    Strong quantitative and analytical skills with extensive knowledge of different asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternatives

o    Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio optimization software, and data analytics tools (e.g., Bloomberg).

o   Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts

o   Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
