As a Manager, Regional Sales at B. Braun you plays a vital role in overseeing and managing the sales activities within a designated region to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves developing regional sales strategies, leading and mentoring a regional sales team, and collaborating with other departments to drive overall business growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Market Analysis: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies aligned with company objectives; analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and respond to customer needs using data insights.

  • Team Leadership & Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, mentor the team to foster accountability and continuous improvement, and conduct regular evaluations with structured feedback and tailored development plans.

  • Process & Operational Excellence: Design and enhance sales processes for compliance and efficiency, leverage CRM systems, and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting aligned with financial goals.

  • Client Relationship & Retention: Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, gather feedback to drive innovation, and execute strategies to improve retention and reduce churn through data-driven solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams on tenders, contracts, and project management; provide senior management with comprehensive KPI reports and actionable insights.

  • Financial & Contract Management: Oversee account receivables, recovery efforts, and CLM processes; manage overdue payments and ensure timely invoicing while coordinating with finance and legal teams.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred) with 7+ years in sales, including 3+ years in management.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, combined with strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; adept at building relationships across all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics, and deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
    Results-oriented, highly organized, with integrity, urgency, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel extensively.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a regional sales team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the region.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region as required.
