We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Microsoft Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and Microsoft 365 services. This is a remote role that demands at least 4 years of professional experience and the ability to independently manage device security, cloud services, and user experience across a range of Windows and Apple environments.

This is a remote role open only to applicants currently residing in the Philippines. Applications from outside the Philippines will not be considered.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • ₱110,000 to ₱130,000 basic salary

  • Salary review with potential increase after 6 months

  • $500 travel allowance (upon regularization)

  • ₱5,000 monthly health allowance

Responsibilities:

Device & Endpoint Management

  • Configure and manage Intune MDM for both Windows and Apple devices

  • Administer ABM integration, APNs certificates, and token uploads

  • Deploy and manage applications, including Apple VPP integration

  • Implement Autopilot, macOS DEP, and self-service portals to enhance UX

Security & Compliance

  • Create and maintain Conditional Access and Device Compliance Policies via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)

  • Enforce MFA and corporate compliance/security policies

  • Support internal security compliance frameworks such as NIST and CIS

Cloud Services & Virtual Environments

  • Maintain and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including Azure networking, resource groups, and subscriptions

  • Optimize Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Defender

  • Utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and advanced configurations (a plus)

Project Collaboration & Documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to define, scope, and document technical requirements and deliverables

  • Execute client tenant migrations, including Active Directory on-premises to Azure

  • Maintain strong documentation and assist in governance

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure

  • Demonstrated experience in:

    • Endpoint and MDM configurations (Intune)

    • Azure AD migrations and cloud onboarding

    • Device compliance and conditional access policies

    • Managing client tenant transitions

Certifications

  • Required:

    • MD-100: Windows 10

    • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security

  • Preferred:

    • Advanced Microsoft certifications

    • Security or cloud governance certifications

Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Endpoint Manager

  • Familiarity with automation/scripting (PowerShell)

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Ability to manage technical projects and work cross-functionally
