The Qualifications We Seek5 years of professional experience developing full-stack applications, databases, and developer tools. Proven ability to design, build, deploy, operate, and maintain production-grade applications at scale.

Solid understanding of modern web technologies, including HTTP2, WebSockets, gRPC, and GraphQL.Hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated tests using ViTest, Cypress, and Playwright. Expertise in continuous integration and deployment workflows using CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or CodeFresh. Strong background architecting and delivering scalable solutions for complex, high-impact problems.

Demonstrated ability to work across the full technology stack with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability. Nice to HaveExperience with observability and monitoring systems (Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, Cloudwatch). Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code in production environments.

Familiarity with front-end and internal UI technologies (ReTool, Salesforce Communities, Contentful, React, NextJS). Knowledge of containers and container orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience designing, versioning, and scaling APIs.

Background in healthcare technology, EHR/EMR integration, or regulated industries. Familiarity with container runtime environments such as Fargate. Your Daily TasksDesign, implement, and maintain highly scalable and high-performance services and applications.

Improve the codebase and test coverage through refactoring, unit testing, system testing, automated deployments, and overall enhancements. Develop and optimize tools and systems to support scalability and growth. Mentor and guide team members in design techniques, coding standards, and best practices.
