Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Finance, Economics, Statistics, Risk Management, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in risk analysis, financial modeling, or compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Exceptional analytical skills, proficiency in risk modeling tools, and familiarity with risk management frameworks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with data analytics, and knowledgeable in POWERBI.
  • Certification in Risk Management is a PLUS.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
  • Previous working experience as an Internal Auditor is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.

  • Willing to do fieldwork

  • Identify potential financial, operational, strategic and compliance risks.

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis using statistical models and forecasting tools.
  • Monitor risk indicators and trends across departments and markets.
  • Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Maintain risk registers and ensure documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.
