Corporate Manager

MWM Global Holdings BVI is looking for a Corporate Supervisor to lead corporate administration for a diverse portfolio of clients. If you're detail-driven, compliance-savvy, and a natural leader, this role offers international exposure and career growth.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Lead incorporation, maintenance & restoration , continuations in and out of BVI companies.

  2. Supervise & mentor junior staff, ensuring accuracy & compliance.

  3. Liaise with BVI Registry for filings, licences, and statutory matters.

  4. Perform various post incorporation duties ( standard and non standard ) for new and assigned master clients.

  5. Manage due diligence collection & Economic Substance and filing of annual financial returns on behalf of clients.

  6. Assist manager with various non standard corporate, trust and mutual funds assignments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. 3–5 years' corporate administration experience (trust company/law firm ideal).

  2. Strong knowledge of BVI company law & governance is a plus .

  3. Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  4. Excellent communication skills.
