  • With the experience of at least 3 to 4 years in the Retail Industry
  • Can handle the entire SOUTH LUZON Store
  • Monitoring and strategies to achieved monthly sales quota.
  • Organizing cleanliness of stores.
  • People Management (such as scheduling, evaluation, and instilling discipline and values).
  • Facilitating store auditing (weekly / monthly)
  • Implementing and establish store operation procedure
  • Create and improve the operation manual.
  • Accountable for the safety and security of the stores
  • In charge of the opening of new stores.
  • Looking for a potential store location for expansion.
  • Other tasks may be assigned from time to time by the executive management.
