About the Role

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, responsible, and caring stay-in nanny to help look after our home and family. The ideal person is someone who is trustworthy, can follow instructions well, and can think independently when needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take care of children's daily needs (feeding, bathing, preparing clothes, etc.)
  • Keep the house tidy and organized
  • Prepare simple, healthy meals (or assist in cooking)
  • Manage children's schedules, school prep, and activities
  • Assist with light household chores (laundry, cleaning, errands)
  • Communicate clearly and honestly with the family
  • Follow routines but also know how to take initiative when needed

Requirements

  • Female
  • Experience as a nanny/yaya or household helper
  • Smart, reliable, and able to think on her feet
  • Speaks and understands English or Tagalog well
  • Honest, respectful, and has good manners
  • Willing to live in
  • Non-smoker, non-drinker
  • You must be neat with yourself, quick to learn, and proactive in helping around the house.
  • Enthusiastic and a Team Player (Marunong Makisama)
