Job Summary:

Our client is in need of a Payroll Associate to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This role is vital in supporting employees, ensuring government compliance and providing collaborative support between HR and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping entry, review and validation.
  • Wage calculations, deductions of statutory and personal loans.
  • Payroll processing using Sprout solutions or similar software.
  • Perform initial variance analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of the payroll data.
  • Generate final payroll report and submit to reviewing and approving parties.
  • Disburse payroll.
  • Attend to employee inquiries regarding discrepancies, adjustments and resolve issues promptly.
  • Generate and release payroll slip to employees.
  • Compute, prepare and finalize final pay of separating employees. Ensure that exit process is complied before the release of the final pay.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance on payroll-related issues and concerns.

Job Specifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent courses.
  • Must possess at least 2 years of experience in payroll using Sprout solutions or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge and application skill of payroll principles, regulatory compliance and Labor Law.
  • Must be keen to details, know to treat confidential data confidential and possess time management skills.
  • High preference is given to those who live in the South of Metro Manila (Muntinlupa, Las Pinas, Sucat-Paranaque, Taguid, Laguna, Cavite and Batangas).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
