Be part of our client's team as a Senior Systems Engineer, delivering MSP-led Microsoft solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, and hybrid environments. Lead cloud migrations, infrastructure projects, and complex escalations while managing multi-client systems, security, networking, backup, and disaster recovery-driving stable, scalable, and secure enterprise IT outcomes.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting diverse clients and infrastructures
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver technical projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, deployment, migration, and post-implementation support
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft core services, including Azure, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server administration and configuration
• Proven experience architecting, deploying, and operating Azure environments, including cloud migrations and ongoing platform optimization
• Demonstrated capability implementing and administering Microsoft Intune, covering endpoint onboarding, policy enforcement, and device lifecycle management
• Strong networking skills, including routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall administration
• Advanced proficiency with FortiGate, Meraki, and cloud networking technologies
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating large-scale infrastructure, cloud, or migration projects
• Solid understanding of backup, replication, and disaster recovery (DR) solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and client-communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, NSE4+, or CCNP (preferred but not required)

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis for escalated incidents
• Plan and implement cloud migrations, server upgrades, and network redesign initiatives
• Administer and optimize hybrid environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and on-premises Active Directory
• Configure and maintain FortiGate and Meraki firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs
• Manage, test, and validate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Veeam, Datto)
• Review and enhance client infrastructure to improve performance, security, and scalability
• Maintain technical documentation, standardization, and process improvements
• Support the training and technical development of junior engineers
