We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Development Supervisor to lead the end-to-end brand implementation and operational management. This role is critical in ensuring brand consistency, market competitiveness, and smooth franchise operations across all touchpoints—from product quality to service standards and supply chain coordination. The ideal candidate has a solid background in the restaurant chain or F&B industry, with proven experience in franchise operations, brand management, and cross-functional coordination.

Job responsibilities

  1. Oversee the overall brand implementation and development direction.

  2. Ensure brand consistency and competitiveness across products, services, and brand visuals.

  3. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  4. Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure stable and timely material supply.

  5. Monitor and analyze operating costs, profit margins, and identify opportunities for efficiency.

  6. Prepare and submit regular performance and analysis reports to headquarters on a regular basis.

  7. Analyze market trends and propose brand upgrade and market expansion recommendations.

  8. Develop annual development goals and create actionable implementation plans.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Chinese and English is mandatory (to facilitate communication between headquarters and franchisees)
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 2 years of management experience or leadership role.
  • Prior experience in franchise brand management, operations management, or project coordination is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and execution capabilities with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Able to thrive under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments
  • Willingness to travel for business needs and provide on-site operational support when necessary
