As a Sales & Marketing Affiliate, the employee is expected to responsibly perform the following tasks:

  • Promote and sell house and lot packages and lot only properties located in Bonuan, Dagupan

  • Actively seek leads through social media and personal networks, referrals, and other community connections

  • Coordinate with the Developer's core sales/admin team for pricing updates, promos, and inventory availability

  • Manage online lead generation activities (Facebook Ads)

  • Respond to online inquiries via Facebook Messenger, Viber, Whatsapp, and e-mail

  • Pre-quality leads by checking buyer's budget, financing options, and financial readiness to invest in real estate purchases

  • Coordination with brokers and other freelance sellers for schedule of site visits

**Should be tech-savvy and have experience or background in Digital Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Telephone Sales**
