Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager for 1Food Corp. is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals, increase revenue, and strengthen brand presence. This role oversees the sales and marketing team, builds client relationships, and ensures effective promotion of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to guide strategy.
  • Oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and digital marketing tools.
  • Goal-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
