Responsibilities:

  • Lead and prospect generation
  • Client acquisition and management
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and suppliers
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team
  • Attend trade shows, events, and other related activities to represent the company
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or a similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the food service or B2B industry is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of ERP software and sales management systems
  • Willing to travel to different parts of the country
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred

Compensation:
