Responsibilities:

  • MM & Vendor request Management in SAP/AX/Jira
  • Creation of SAP Purchasing contracts
  • Supports the Governance Officer with the change management request for MM & Vendor creation/change
  • Trainer and SME for SCM lite and Zycus systems
  • Cascade of open PO report to buyers and PPIC
  • Facilitate Surveys as needed (pulse & process improvements)
  • Co-facilitate plant supply review(s) with Opex Officer
  • Co-admin for Harmony System with Opex Officer
  • Consolidation of Non-PO spend for Logistics & Manpower

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 year(s) experience in supply chain (exposure in procurement is an advantage)
  • Degree in Business, Industrial or similar
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools (SAP will be an advantage)
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Aptitude in decision making and problem solving
