The Finance Support will provide accounting and finance support using Zoho Finance Suite (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Expense, etc.). The role involves managing day-to-day financial operations, assisting in reconciliations, and preparing reports to support the finance team. This is a remote back-office role under the EOR model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial transactions in Zoho Finance Suite (Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Expense).
  • Support accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and invoicing processes.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end financial close.
  • Generate financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Coordinate with management for budget tracking and financial planning.
  • Maintain compliance with internal financial controls and documentation.
  • Provide support during audits or external reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years' experience in accounting or finance support roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Finance Suite (Zoho Books required).
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
