Sales / Customer Support

  • Assist customers with parts inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Identify and recommend correct parts based on vehicle specifications and customer requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and order documentation.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team for parts availability and delivery schedules.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle basic customer concerns related to parts.

Warehouse / Inventory

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming parts and materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Issue parts to technicians and customers based on approved requests.
  • Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving, slow-moving, and critical items.
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any business, automotive, logistics, or related course (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in parts sales, warehouse, or inventory management.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts identification is an advantage.
  • With experience in basic sales documentation and inventory systems.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
