DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. To ensure that all grounds and assigned areas are clean and in order in any given time

  2. To ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the façade of the assigned buildings i.e. no litters,

  3. To perform minor repairs and to coordinate with the DormitoryManager for repairs needed.

  4. To coordinate with the Dorm Manager for supplies and materials needed.

  5. To perform ground maintenance i.e. trimming, pruning of plants, and grass cutting

  6. To render assitance to clients during holidays and weekends as may be deemed necessary by authority of the Center Director and Dormitory Manager.

  7. To perform other tasks as requested.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: Php13,819.00 per month
