COMPANY NURSE (RELIEVER ONLY)

We are seeking for a Company Nurse reliever to incorporate health promotion strategies to minimize accidents and teach workers about ways to be more responsible in the workplace. Provide first Aid on injured employees, and if necessary assist them on nearest hospital.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • Licensed nurse is an advantage.
  • Must have at least 2-3 year experience as Company Nurse in Industrial Setting.
  • Can work collaboratively with the HR Department.
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have the ability to think and take decisions.
  • Must be a team player and should be self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed.
  • Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
  • Responsible for medical equipment and supplies.
  • Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
  • Assist orientation for newly-hired and existing employees regarding health and Safety.
  • Assures that all employee's records and company documentations are updated / in order and kept safely.
  • Ensures that all confidential records / documents or information are secured and disclosed only upon prior approval and / or in accordance with the company policy.
  • Performs other related tasks as required.

Take Note: The Company Nurse reliever will oversee the overall work of our Company Nurse while on Maternity Leave.

* Applicant must be willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna
