We are looking for a Senior Engineer – Marketing & Planning to join our Philippines-based team, focusing on local construction and infrastructure projects with an emphasis on post-tensioning systems.

As a key member of our team, you will be involved in business development, tendering, technical planning, and cross-departmental coordination, helping to ensure that projects are well-managed, client-focused, and efficiently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead efforts to identify and pursue new project opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities
  • Develop marketing strategies and conduct presentations to promote our capabilities
  • Prepare and review quantity take-offs and tender submissions
  • Analyze technical drawings and tender requirements for accurate costing
  • Support pricing strategies and tender clarifications with management
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, planning, site) to ensure smooth execution
  • Participate in resolving technical issues, especially post-tensioning systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to strategic planning initiatives
  • Take part in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company
  • Support digital marketing and social media visibility through technical content

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • PRC-licensed Civil Engineer
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in prestressing works, with a strong focus on post-tensioning systems
  • Strong background in tendering, planning, and client coordination
  • Excellent communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset
