DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new product concepts using market trends, consumer insights, and business requirements.
  • Prepare 2D/3D designs, technical drawings, specifications, and prototypes.
  • Conduct product testing and validation; recommend design improvements based on results.
  • Perform cost analysis, value engineering, and material optimization to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate documentation (BOM, SPD, PIS, production guidelines) and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, QA, Purchasing, and Marketing for product launch and process stabilization.
  • Analyze product performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and evaluate alternative materials for cost-effectiveness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related).
  • 1–3 years' experience in product development, R&D, or manufacturing.
  • Proficient in CAD software; knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and quality systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally.
