DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify product details (titles, descriptions, prices, images, categories) and prevent duplicates or errors.
• Maintain consistency across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.
• Upload, update, and manage product listings; monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams.
• Conduct QA checks on websites and apps, including order flows, checkout, and payment gateways.
• Identify bugs, broken links, or errors in promotions and campaigns.
• Develop and follow QA checklists and SOPs; suggest process improvements.
• Process customer orders, refunds, and cancellations; coordinate with logistics, CS, and MIS teams.
• Perform other tasks related to e-commerce as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or any 4-year course.
• At least 2 years of e-commerce experience.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented.
