Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file accurate tax returns (corporate, VAT, payroll taxes, etc.) in full compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all tax filings, BIR Forms, payments, and correspondence with tax authorities.
  • Ensure timely tax payments to avoid penalties and interest charges.
  • Monitor updates to tax laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
  • Assist in developing tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position and minimize liabilities.
  • Advise management on the tax implications of key business transactions (mergers, acquisitions, investments, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities for deductions, credits, and other tax incentives.
  • Prepare supporting documentation for audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Legal, and Finance departments to ensure accuracy of financial data and tax reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
