Job Description

Perform accurate fault diagnosis and repair of electronic devices, addressing both hardware and software issues.

Analyze customer complaints to identify underlying technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to resolve complex device malfunctions efficiently.

Inspect, analyze, and evaluate defective devices to determine root causes of failure and prevent recurrence.

Utilize diagnostic tools, specialized equipment, and repair software to identify hardware or firmware faults.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in accordance with 6S standards, while strictly observing ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols.

Document repair activities and provide detailed feedback and reports to support continuous improvement initiatives in both hardware and software processes.

Coordinate with the warehouse or inventory team to request, track, and manage spare parts and component replacements.

Apply knowledge and experience gained from at least one year of working in a mobile phone service center or similar technical support environment.

Qualifications

at least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor's/college level in any field.

At least 1-2 years experience in electronics repair, especially mobile devices

Knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair software

Good communication and customer service skills
