About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at the Good Pastry Café' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers. This is a full-time position, with opportunities for career development and growth within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions Handle cash, reconcile drawers, and maintain precise records of all transactions Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services Assist with restocking and maintaining the cleanliness of the checkout area Collaborate with the broader team to ensure a positive customer experience

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent numerical and money handling skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
