The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset to build and maintain positive relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage reception/front desk: handle calls, welcome guests, and process inquiries. Provide tenant support: address concerns, manage emails, documents, gate passes, and permits. Support client services: assist with bookings, client requests, tours, and events. Oversee office upkeep: monitor cleanliness, perform walkthroughs, report issues, and coordinate with vendors and engineering. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and security standards. Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships. Qualifications 12 years of experience in front office or admin support. Good communication skills and pleasant personality. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365). Hospitality or customer service background is a plus.
