Job Description

As a Property Management Customer Service Representative, you'll handle day-to-day tenant communications, resolve property issues, coordinate with maintenance teams, and assist in lease-related tasks-all while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with property management standards.

The Qualifications We Seek

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years in Property Management - CSR
  • Proven experience in customer service, property management, or a related field

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Technology:

  • Basic knowledge of property management software and MS Office
  • Experience with customer service ticketing solution software (Salesforce experience is a plus)

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further education in property management or related field is a plus

Availability:

  • Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours as needed

Other:

  • Ability to speak and hear/generally communicate effectively with team members, tenants/community members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work as a team, follow instructions, and exercise good judgment

Your Daily Tasks

  • Handle tenant communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for efficient resolution
  • Assist in lease administration (renewals, terminations)
  • Manage data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
  • Follow up on late payments
  • Stay updated on property management laws and regulations
