Job Description
As a Property Management Customer Service Representative, you'll handle day-to-day tenant communications, resolve property issues, coordinate with maintenance teams, and assist in lease-related tasks-all while maintaining records and ensuring compliance with property management standards.

The Qualifications We Seek
Work Experience:
- 2-3 years in Property Management - CSR
- Proven experience in customer service, property management, or a related field
Core Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly, positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Technology:
- Basic knowledge of property management software and MS Office
- Experience with customer service ticketing solution software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Further education in property management or related field is a plus
Availability:
- Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours as needed
Other:
- Ability to speak and hear/generally communicate effectively with team members, tenants/community members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work as a team, follow instructions, and exercise good judgment
Your Daily Tasks
- Handle tenant communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for efficient resolution
- Assist in lease administration (renewals, terminations)
- Manage data entry, record keeping, and report preparation
- Follow up on late payments
- Stay updated on property management laws and regulations
