The Live Commerce Officer is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of live selling activities across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee Live, and other digital channels. This role ensures smooth technical and operational delivery, manages collaborations with hosts and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and aligns live commerce activities with overall marketing and sales objectives. The Live Commerce Officer also monitors performance, handles financial and administrative processes, and provides actionable insights to maximize sales, engagement, and brand visibility through live selling.

Job Description:

Live Selling Operations

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate live selling sessions across TikTok, Shopee Live, and other platforms.
  • Monitor live sessions in real-time, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting issues.
  • Coordinate with hosts, talents, and internal teams to prepare products, scripts, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of live content with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and promotional strategies.

Technical & Production Support

  • Provide technical support using OBS or similar broadcasting software.
  • Ensure proper setup of audio, video, internet connection, and live environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to avoid disruptions.

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Manage allowance and commission payout processing for hosts, KOLs, and support teams.
  • Keep accurate records of live-related expenses and payouts for reporting.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs of live commerce sessions (viewership, engagement, conversions, sales).
  • Generate reports and analyze results to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future live selling events.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Fulfillment, and E-Commerce Associates to ensure campaigns are integrated with live events.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, or similar live selling platforms.
  • Proficient in live streaming tools and broadcasting software (e.g., OBS, Streamlabs).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple live events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
