We are looking for a Merchandising Coordinator to oversee and support the merchandising activities in our grocery stores. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, monitoring product displays, ensuring stock availability, and guiding merchandisers to maintain store standards. This position requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least college level in Business, Marketing, or any related course
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or grocery industry
  • Knowledgeable in product display standards, inventory monitoring, and store coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Able to supervise and support merchandisers to ensure effective execution in stores
  • Trustworthy, dependable, and willing to stay long-term
  • Preferably residing near or within the work location

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of merchandisers in assigned stores
  • Monitor product displays, stock levels, and ensure shelves are properly arranged
  • Work closely with suppliers and purchasing teams for product availability
  • Implement merchandising standards to maximize visibility and sales
  • Prepare basic reports on inventory, stock movements, and merchandising performance
  • Support store operations to ensure smooth product flow and compliance with company guidelines
  • Provide training, guidance, and feedback to merchandisers when needed
