Job Summary

The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that Columbia Candies products are properly displayed, visible, and well-stocked across assigned stores in Olongapo, Subic to San Felipe. This role requires roving assignments and the use of the Merchandiser's own motorcycle, with corresponding allowance and support provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure availability, visibility, and proper merchandising of Columbia Candies products in assigned outlets.
  • Conduct roving store visits within Olongapo, Subic to San Felipe to monitor stocks, displays, and promotional compliance.
  • Coordinate with store personnel to secure prime shelf space and promotional displays.
  • Monitor inventory levels, submit stock requests, and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Implement merchandising standards, including cleanliness and arrangement of product displays.
  • Submit accurate daily reports on store visits, activities, and observations.
  • Provide feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
  • Maintain good working relationships with store personnel and management.

Qualifications

  • At least a High School or Senior High School graduate (college level is an advantage).
  • Preferably with experience in merchandising or sales in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
  • Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork in assigned areas.
  • Must own a motorcycle in good running condition.
  • With a valid driver's license.

Compensation & Allowances

  • Motorcycle Rental Allowance: PHP 3,000/month (for use of personal motorcycle).
  • Fuel/Gasoline: Provided or shouldered by the Company (regulated as per company policy).

Pay: Php14, Php17,000.00 per month
