QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, professional license preferred
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in similar or manufacturing industry
  • 3 years experience in a leadership capacity
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to translate organizational goals into KPIs, provide clear direction, foster teamwork, and inspire a team to achieve production goals
  • Background in lean manufacturing, process optimization, waste reduction, and quality control methodologies
  • Willing to work in Km. 12 Sasa Davao City

JOB SUMMARY: Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implements production schedule based on priorities and purchase order.
  • Manages production staff under the Corrugator and Flexo Line on the scope of their work loads and assignments.
  • Coordinates with the Logistics Department in the completion of the priority production schedules for elimination of delays and prompt deliveries of Finished Goods.
  • Administers production schedules, shift schedules and work priorities and distribution to the different departments.
  • Compiles production reports, production data, volume produced, raw materials consumption and quality control measures from the Corrugator Supervisor, Flexo Supervisors and Maintenance Supervisors to be reported to the Plant Manager on daily/weekly basis.
  • Revises production schedules whenever required due to priority change, labor or material shortage, backlogs, and interruptions in collaboration with the other concerned departments.
  • Compiles informations, production rates and progress, material inventories, materials used, customer information, and others for status reports to be submitted on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Does other tasks as assigned by direct superiors

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
