ACCOUNTING STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Business related course
  • Has an organizational skill
  • Literacy in alphanumeric information
  • Familiar with accounts payables, receivable, and other accounting terms

Brief Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare SOA (Statement of Account) and other documents needed i.e. checks for replacement.
  • Update payments made by all types of customer and have it ready for posting.
  • Make inquiries to the banks with regards to "unknown deposits".
  • Update regularly all customer "jacket" accounts to determine the status of purchases
  • Monitor mode of payment agreed with the customer
  • Establish good rapport towards customers
  • Interact with customers through phone (complaints, inquiries)
  • Issues S.I (Sales Invoice) as per customers request that accord with their payment and purchases.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time .
  • Timely follow-up all collections and prepares list of collectors errands
  • Segregate all daily, weekly and monthly expenses incurred based on O.R (official receipt) and record
  • Follow-up payments.
  • Prepares reimbursement used for way-bill issuance and expenses made by the inter-island delivery.
  • Flexible to do other task or work related to accounting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
