Position: Staff Accountant

**Your Role:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

  • Bank Account Reconciliations, A/R and A/P review and corrections.
  • Review of Income Statement for errors and accruals.
  • Attend group meetings for department updates.
  • Assist in various ah-hoc projects such as entering budgets into the system as needed.
  • Respond to emails from community managers regarding accounting and financial statements' questions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Employee must have more than 2 years' experience in accounting, preferably in property management - HOAs.
  • Willing to work onsite and night shift.
