Role Summary
As the Global Head of Recruitment at Staff Domain, you will lead the strategic direction of the
company's recruitment operations, aligning with organisational goals to drive client success and
enhance internal processes. Your expertise will shape recruitment and onboarding strategies, ensure
long-term client retention and support the company's expansion into new global markets. This
position demands a proactive advocate for the company's mission, dedicated to promoting the brand
across professional platforms and transforming the recruitment department into a high-performance
organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership

• Oversee the recruitment process to align with client requirements, ensuring the delivery of top-
  tier talent
  
• Write, implement, and administer KPIs and SLAs for the recruitment department to ensure
  measurable high-performance standards
  
• Build and manage a high-performing recruitment team to handle high-volume requisitions with
  exceptional client and candidate satisfaction
  
• Continuously refine recruitment practices to address gaps between client expectations and
  operational processes
  

Strategic Influence

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement global recruitment strategies that enhance client retention and company growth.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering realistic expectations and ensuring satisfaction throughout the recruitment cycle.
  

Onboarding and Retention

• Create frameworks to seamlessly integrate recruitment and onboarding processes, focusing
  on the entire candidate lifecycle
  
• Develop strategies to improve retention rates and satisfaction for both clients and employees.
  

Global Market Expansion

• Drive recruitment strategies in emerging markets, including South Africa, India, and Colombia, with an emphasis on sustainable growth.
  
• Design localized talent acquisition approaches that meet cultural and operational needs.
  

Brand Advocacy

• Represent Staff Domain at professional forums, including webinars, conferences, and industry
  events, to promote the company's mission and services
  
• Build and enhance awareness of Staff Domain as a leader in the offshoring industry through
  active engagement with stakeholders

Requirements ​
Skills and Experience

• 10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 5 in a leadership role overseeing high-volume or multi-market teams.
  
• Proven ability to build, lead, and coach high-performing recruitment teams, with measurable outcomes across KPIs and SLAs.
  
• Strong background in client-facing recruitment, with a track record of managing expectations and delivering top-tier talent across multiple industries.
  
• Skilled in designing and optimising recruitment processes, including onboarding, retention strategy, and lifecycle management.
  
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic recruitment initiatives.
  
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS/CRM platforms, and data-driven decision-making.
  
• Confident presenter and brand ambassador, comfortable speaking at events and contributing to thought leadership in the industry.
  
• Deep understanding of cultural differences in global hiring, with the ability to localise approaches for diverse markets.
  
• Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commercial awareness.
