About the role
Felport International Marketing is seeking an HR-ADMIN STAFF to join our team in Santa Mesa Heights Quezon City Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This critical role will provide administrative and HR support to ensure the smooth running of our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, answering phones and responding to employee queries
- Assisting with the on-boarding of new employees and processing of employment paperwork
- Maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files
- Coordinating training and professional development activities
- Supporting the HR team with employee relations, benefits administration and other HR initiatives
- Undertaking other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
