Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malay for a Guest Experience Manager. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, managing guest relations, and overseeing the customer service operations. Key tasks include training staff to deliver excellent guest experiences, handling guest complaints and feedback, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. The role involves continuous improvement of guest services to uphold the high standards of Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Guest Experience, and Customer Service skills
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests and staff
  • Experience in Training staff to enhance guest experiences
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is a plus
