About the Role

Join the award-winning culinary team of The Lind Boracay as our
Sous Chef
. You'll play a key leadership role in daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and creativity across all dining outlets. Working directly with the Executive Chef, you'll help drive innovation, inspire the team, and deliver memorable dining experiences to our guests.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and team performance
  • Support menu planning and recipe development in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
  • Conduct daily briefings and ensure effective communication with outlet managers
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to uphold service excellence
  • Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Culinary Arts or equivalent training
  • At least
    5 years of culinary leadership experience
    in a luxury or 5-star property
  • Strong background in high-volume operations and international cuisine
  • Proven skills in team leadership, organization, and problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
