About the Role
We are hiring a
Growth & Activation Specialist
to own onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth for SME and mid-market customers using our Command SaaS platform.
This role is
proactive and revenue-oriented
, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of customer outcomes and working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end onboarding, training, and go-live for new customers
- Manage a portfolio of SME and mid-market accounts post-onboarding
- Proactively drive product adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and operations teams
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer usage
- Troubleshoot platform issues and partner with internal teams for escalations
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and support systems
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS roles
- Experience managing customer relationships with ownership and accountability
- Commercial mindset with exposure to renewals, upsells, or account growth
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation technology
- Background supporting SME or mid-market customers
- Experience delivering live demos, onboarding, or training sessions
