Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to manage product sales, bookings, and collection processes while building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate has a background in sales and collections, with a proactive approach to achieving targets and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to assigned accounts.
  • Handle booking of orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on collections to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain good customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct field visits to clients for sales and collection activities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales and collection performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and account management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting Technology, or any related course.
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in sales and collection.
  • Strong proficiency in product selling and booking.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Area of assignment: Iloilo City
