Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency, is looking for aspiring Copywriters to join the team.
As a Copywriter, you will play a key role in crafting compelling and engaging content, with a strong focus on press releases, technical writing, and other PR-related materials. Your work will help shape brand messaging, communicate key business narratives, and support various marketing initiatives. This role requires excellent research skills, a keen understanding of industry trends, and the ability to adapt writing styles to different audiences and platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Write clear and persuasive long- and short-form copy for websites, brochures, ads, and other marketing materials.
- Develop press releases for distribution to major news outlets.
- Create monthly social media content plans for client pages.
- Craft new concepts and taglines for client campaigns.
- Write ad hoc copy for ads, brochures, TV & radio spots, and other marketing needs.
- Perform onsite and offsite SEO content optimization.
- Revise, edit, and proofread content as needed or directed by clients.
- Research competitors and stay updated on market trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop both visual and verbal concepts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Open to all experience levels | Proven experience as copywriter or similar role in a PR | Digital Marketing | Advertising agency or any related industry.
- Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.
SKILLS:
- Strong writing skills with a solid portfolio.
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- Professional in managing time and meeting deadlines.
- A team player who can motivate and guide subordinates.
- Able to consistently meet daily deadlines.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Below is the step-by-step process:
- Exam Submission:
- After receiving your application, an HR representative will email you the exam.
- Initial Interview:
- Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
- Departmental Interview (Second Interview):
- If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
- Final Interview:
- The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
