Social Media Marketing Supervisor

- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Supervise and manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including content planning, scheduling, posting, paid ads, and community engagement.
- Create and implement content strategies aligned with company goals and branding, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the production of creative materials, including graphics, videos, email campaigns, website content, print materials, and ad content.
- Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Research market trends and competitors to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure alignment, effectiveness, and brand consistency in all campaigns and promotions.
- Mentor and guide junior staff or interns in executing digital marketing and content-related tasks effectively.



Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proficient in major platforms, content planning, and community engagement
- Skilled in analytics, creative content development, and copywriting
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Background in design and advertising
- Video editing skills are a plus
