Job description

  • Planning, implementing and supervising the company's financial strategy
  • Managing the company's financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
  • Handling the company's transactions and debts and doing cash flow forecasting
  • Performing the company's financial audits
  • Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
  • Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data
  • Creating financial reports based on data analysis
  • Making recommendations to business stakeholders

Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field required.
  • MUST BE A CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
  • 5 to 10 years in financial management and accounting, preferably in a non life insurance industry
  • Supervisory experience a plus. Skills and Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) with expertise in Excel required.
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency and hands-on experience with financial management software
  • . Experience overseeing the annual audit.
  • Superior data management and data analysis skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
