We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Infrastructure Specialist to manage, maintain, and support the company's IT systems and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Configure, monitor, and maintain servers, network equipment, and computer systems.
- Ensure consistent network performance, uptime, and security across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Perform regular system updates, data backups, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Implement and uphold IT security protocols, access controls, and data protection policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, network architecture, and IT assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure upgrades, maintenance, and support.
- Provide end-user assistance and technical guidance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network management.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux servers, LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations.
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, backup strategies, and disaster recovery processes.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
