Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Manage office communications, including emails, phone calls, and scheduling
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement
- Support team members with clerical tasks and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes when needed
Accounting Duties
- Record daily financial transactions and update ledgers
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and assist with monthly financial reports
- Help with payroll preparation and basic tax filings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in preparing documents for audits or financial reviews
What We're Looking For
- College Diploma
- Experience in administrative or accounting roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Trustworthy with confidential information
- Good communication and teamwork skills
