Job Description

GOBRO PH Outsourcing Inc. is looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our growing team This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring marketers who want to build a strong foundation in the field. In this role, you'll work closely with the CEO, gaining direct exposure to high-level strategies and decision-making processes. You'll play an important part in driving the company's marketing initiatives and contributing to its long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to boost brand visibility and support lead generation.
  • Create compelling content for social media, email, and other marketing materials.
  • Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, suggesting improvements when needed.
  • Manage and enhance the company's online presence with consistent branding.
  • Partner with the CEO and team to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Must be located near Angeles.
  • Open to fresh graduates — experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
  • Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.
  • Preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related courses.
  • Self-driven with good time management skills.
