We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team This role is open to fresh graduates or individuals with no prior BPO experience—as long as you are at least a Senior High School graduate, have good communication skills, and are eager to learn.

As a CSR, you will be the frontline of our company, providing assistance, support, and solutions to customers via phone, chat, or email. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
  • Process requests, transactions, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when engaging with customers.
  • Follow company procedures and meet performance standards such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.

Qualifications
  • At least Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus).
  • Open to fresh graduates or applicants with no prior BPO experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
