Metacom, one of the leading staffing firms in the Philippines, is looking for a Bid Manager to join our Business Development team.

If you have a talent for writing winning proposals, crafting compelling case studies, and building persuasive client presentations, this role is for you. You will play a key part in helping us win contracts with multinational companies and showcase Metacom's expertise in staffing and recruitment solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Write clear, persuasive business proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and white papers that win new clients.
  • Develop case studies and thought-leadership content that highlight our success stories and expertise.
  • Strategize winning bid approaches by defining value propositions and key differentiators.
  • Create client presentations and sales decks for potential multinational partners.
  • Work closely with the Business Development, Recruitment, and Marketing teams to ensure proposals reflect our full capabilities.
  • Maintain a library of proposal templates and success stories for future bids.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development support (preferably in staffing, BPO, or outsourcing).
  • Excellent business writing and storytelling skills – able to turn data and recruitment insights into persuasive messages.
  • Strong presentation and design skills using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
  • Knowledge of staffing/recruitment industry trends is a plus.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
